As required by Federal Regulations, this is the 90 day official notice that, due to the retirement of the founder, Chris Tellis, the California College of Barbering and Cosmetology is entering a process to be sold to new owners. It is expected the sale will close on or before December 5. At this time we anticipate no changes in the CAL CBC administration and instruction staff.
